Play will begin at 1700 and Ponting has won the toss and elected to bat first.

Hughes out for Shane Watson as Australia look for a bit more from their bowling attack.

England bring in Ian Bell for the injured KP.

Think play can go on till 1900. A few wickets here and this could be very interesting - hopefully a couple of power spells from Freddy.

Late team change for Aussies: Keeper Brad Haddin has broken his index finger on his left hand and has been replaced with Strauss' approval by Graham Manou.

Nice Morning

At last the Captain showed a little faith in Onions.

He bowled very well.

As much as Anderson was bland on Thursday, today he was outstanding.

Great movement.

Lets hope they continue to skittle the tail out.

Onions and Anderson have been brilliant. Dead pitch they said, lol

Rain could be the only problem but a draw wouldnt be the end of the world. Should treat it like Lords - a healthy lead, make them play for the draw and 5 sessions to bowl them out.

If we get the time to win this test, it will be as good as series over.

As safely as we can we should push for the vicory, looking for a 250 plus lead before resorting to a bowl. Of course, we wont amass that lead.

260 odd the Aussies, 400 odd for us, gives us plenty of time to bowl them out again and knock off the remaining runs.

Still favour a draw, with the weather looking iffy.
