| It would be shame if players like Messi miss the World Cup, but can't feel sorry for that cheating druggie Maradona. Though no Agrentina, and maybe no Portugal and France would make it easier for England. | |

| It's like he deliberately picks the wrong players, he really does no favours for himself.
............................Milito .......Aguero................................Messi ..........................Riquelme
...............Cambiasso.....Mascherano
Heinze......Demichelis.....Samuel.........Zanetti
..........................Roman
That side is filled with quality, compared to some of the shit he has on the pitch

| There still in with a shout. Top four qualify and the 5th place team plays off with a team the South American team should beat.
Argentina could be in 5th place after tonight's games. But there are stilla couple of games left so Argentina could still qualify.

| their remaining games are against peru and uraguay respectively. but to be quite honest with you, its not looking good. They didnt look like scoring at all then. With ten minutes to go maradonna puts on a centre defender 36 years of age. Why not include the likes of millito, riquelme. baffles me, really does. | |

| They play Peru the worst team in the group at home and a win would pretty well guarantee that they would finish at least 5th, unless Uruguay manages to beat Ecuador on the road and then Agrentina loses to Uruguay in the last game.
If they finish 5th they make the play offs against most likely either Honduras or Costa Rica. Will not be a walk over but Argentina should beat either.
Might be a bit tougher if Mexico end up 4th in their zone, but still think Argentina will slip through.
But Maradona should be canned, can't manage at all.
