Luke Young retires from International football.

From what I can gather - The FA have stepped out of line with this and gone behind Aston Villa's back n gone direct to the player for conformation that he is still Retired from International football.

Media outlets are reporting he told the FA in written form back at the start of the year he no longer wished to be considered for a England place and asked for his decision to be kept private.

Normal circumstances the FA have to go through the club to call up a player - and on this occasion, they havent.
