| Looking forward to this one. I am usually able to pick a winner in most fights, not always right mind you, but in this one I just don't know how it will go.
Pacquiao's speed against Hatton's power. For Hatton, the 140-pound division is his natural weight class, while it will only be the third time that Pacquiao is fighting above 130 pounds.
Las Vegas sports books make Pacquiao a pretty big favourite to beat Hatton, but this is really Pacquiao first big test at this higher weight and although I maybe letting my liking Hatton cloud my judgement I think Hatton is too big and too strong for Pacquiao and I think an upset is on the cards.
What does anyone else think?

| I'll be rooting for Ricky and just hope that at some point he can catch Pac man and land some of those Hatton body shots to slow him down, I fear he'll cut & and Pac man will be too quick to the punch for him. |

| Cuts are always a worry for white fighters and Hatton's got to work the body to slow Pacquiao down. Hopefully it's not one of those massive rings with loose ropes where the faster fighter can slip away and hide. | |

| Hatton has a massive weight advantage and while the other feller has speed on his side - the question remains - what happens if Hatton pins him in a corner?
I guess it all depends on how much punishment Hatton has to take to be able to get his own heavier punches home?
I like Hatton for this fight - always prefer the heavier fighter in fights when the other guy is moving up through divisions.
I have had a nice spread bet on a number of middle latter rounds for Hatton to win.

| Ye, I think Hatton should win this. the heavier man, more power but Pacquiao is rated as the 2nd pound for pound fighter currently so should not be under estimated. Think the weigh in has just taken place too.
Heard that Mayweather Jnr is coming out of retirement to fight Marquez on SS earlier - now that should be one hec of a fight - date has been set too - must've been done away from the media's nose that one - came as a huge surprise

| How many of you are staying up for this one then? I can't wait for this. As has already been mentioned it's a tough one to call and could go either way. | |

| Floyd mayweather senior late arriving in the hatton dressing room, increasing speculation he will be fired after this fight, according to the sky box office commentator then. | |

| Shame Ricky wasnt late for that punch - time to stop now - no need to prove anything or take another night like this - the other guy is in half a dozen leagues higher | |

| Shocked it ended so fast, but you can go charging into a puncher like Pacquiao. Stupid tactics. But as you say he should pack it in now. | |

| What a shame, career over I think. Pac = simply sensational fighter. That punch was unbelievable.
Off topic slightly, I would love to see mayweather v PAC

| Not sure about Mayweather/Pacquiao. Hatton had to go up to 147lbs to fight Mayweather, Pacquiao had to go up to 140lbs to fight Hatton, what weight would Mayweather/Pacquiao fight at? Mayweather is too big to come down to 140, and bulking up to 147 may take away Pacquiao's speed. | |

| I would love too see Pacman and Mayweather fight.. so for that reason alone, i hope Mayweather beats Marquez.
With Pacquiao being described as the best pound for pound fighter in the world, why wouldn't Mayweather want to fight him later this year.. IF he beats Marquez.. Just the glory of it all..
If Mayweather beats both.. he would be described as one of the best fighters too of lived.. and rightly so.
That and it would be the biggest fight in YEARS!!
