Sky Sports Fantasy League

I have a team in this league and actually doing really well. I have a dilemma with who to pick as captain this weekend.

A. Young,
Gerrard,
Robinho
Lampard
Adebayor
Ireland

Any suggestions?

I am on a roll in this game and don't want to mess it up.

With the double week for United I was thinking of making either Van der Sar or Berbatov my Captain.

I also have Lampard who has been my captain and Young, Gerrard, Ireland, and Robinho on the team.

Who do you think would be the best choice.
